The Crash Report Search page provides
a means to locate a specific crash report image for printing or
saving to a client's computer. Two search options are offered:

Search by Driver License Number (DLN), Date of Birth,
and Date of Crash. The DLN and Date of Birth must pertain to
one of the drivers involved in the crash.

Search by Crash Number and
Date of Crash. The crash number will be
either the serial number on the traffic crash
report form (UD-10) or the case/incident number. These
numbers can be obtained from the officer
who was at the scene of the crash.

letters and numbers only. No spaces, dashes,
or other special characters are allowed.
